HOW TO ORDER YOUR RINGTONE OR LOGO

1.Find the Product Code for the Logo or Ring Tone you want to send to your Mobile Phone.
 
2. Make sure your Mobile is compatible. 

3.Call 0907-787-4056 and Follow the simple instructions.
 
4. You will be asked to enter the product code for the item you have chosen from the website or from an advert in a Magazine or Newspaper.  If you know it, key it in via your Mobiles keypad when asked.  If you do not know the Code or you want a logo or Ring Tone we have not got then say what you want and we will do our best to get it to you.

5. You will be asked to enter your Network Operator.

6. You will then be asked for you Mobile Telephone Number.  Enter it via your keypad.

Choose:
    1 for Orange

    2 for Cellnet

    3 for One to One

    4 for Vodafone

    5 for Virgin

    6 for Jersey Telecom

    7 for Geurnsey Telecom

    8 for Manx Telecom Pronto

 
  You will then hear the details you have entered repeated back to you to make sure the order is correct.
 
  At the end you will be given an order code, write this down as you will need it if you have not received your item.
 
  We will then deliver you item within 5 minutes via SMS.
 
  If your Logo or Tone does not arrive call Technical Support on 08700-46-00-47 (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday 12 to 4 p.m.)) and we will look into the problem.
